If you struggle with anxiety:
You feel overwhelmed and out of control. The worry thoughts spin round and round in your mind, and gets worse when you try to go to sleep. You're constantly worrying about all the things you didn't get done, that needs to be done, and wonder how you'll ever get anything done.
Perhaps you try to obtain "perfection", constantly comparing yourself to an ideal, feel pressures to conform to some standard, or that you have to deny parts of your identity for the sake of harmony or appearances. This leaves you overthinking things and stressed about all the little details.
