If you struggle with depression:

You feel extremely overwhelmed and that you're not handling life well. You spend the bulk of the day crying, or trying not to cry- and wonder what is wrong with you. You feel sad and run down. It's difficult to get out of bed and do the little things- brush your teeth or get dressed, let alone get out to go to school or work. You have nothing left to give to your friends, family, or kids.

Symptoms include:

  • Feeling sad or irritable most of the time

  • Numbness

  • Isolating yourself and not doing things you usually love to do

  • Finding it difficult to get out of bed

  • Having low energy or appetite

  • Having low Self-Esteem

You don't have to go through life feeling sad, hopeless, and alone...

I can help you make space for difficult feelings and learn the skills necessary to cope with depression and get back to doing all the things that are important to you.

If you struggle with anxiety:

You feel overwhelmed and out of control. The worry thoughts spin round and round in your mind, and gets worse when you try to go to sleep. You're constantly worrying about all the things you didn't get done, that needs to be done, and wonder how you'll ever get anything done.

Perhaps you try to obtain "perfection", constantly comparing yourself to an ideal, feel pressures to conform to some standard, or that you have to deny parts of your identity for the sake of harmony or appearances. This leaves you overthinking things and stressed about all the little details.

Symptoms include:

  • Feeling anxious, impatient, or on edge

  • Anger

  • Headaches

  • Restlessness

  • Racing thoughts

  • Avoiding people, places, or things out of fear

You don't have to miss out on doing the things that are important to you because of worry...
